WHAT TO BRING TO ORIENTATION
We’re here to help you get the most out of driving for EOS. You can help us by remembering to bring the items on our packing list below.
*If you have not yet registered with the Clearinghouse, we are required by law to have these returned before scheduling orientation. You’re able to access that information at: www.clearinghouse.fmcsa.dot.gov
Bring these things to orientation or we will be unable to process you.
- CDL- class A – Must have
- Long-form physical – Must have completed prior to coming to orientation
- One other form of identification: (JUST 1 of these are required)
- Social security card
- Birth Certificate
- Passport
Other items to bring along:
- Dress comfortably- wear supportive work shoes, long or short-sleeved shirts (no tank tops) and check the forecast for rain or cold.
- Don’t forget to bring reading glasses if you need them and your prescription medications or your CPAP machine if you use one.
- Notebook, pens/pencil and your phone charger.
Your riders and pets are welcome; however, recruiters will need prior notification and approval for you to bring them to orientation. This is to ensure accommodations between the hotel staff and our company.

You will have a reservation in your name. Just check in at the front desk.
Travel costs:
Your travel cost will be reimbursed upon prior approval. You will need to provide any receipts associated with traveling here. All orientation pay will be reimbursed before rolling out on your first trip.

Meet in the hotel lobby by 6:55 AM each day. The hotel shuttle will leave at 7:00 AM sharp.
